I began my career as a fresh-faced twenty-something working at the Amoco oil refinery. Over the decades, I became one of the most qualified and sought-after professionals in the resource industry across Australia’s east coast.
In my later roles — as a trainer, assessor, mentor, and coach — I was often approached by workers eager to enter the industry. Their questions, their drive, and their trust inspired me to build this site.
My mission is simple: to help students become confident, capable, and highly employable candidates for resource industry careers.
