Multi Choice Assessment Repetitive Learning

To compliment my method of learning I have also devised a user friendly assessment tool. Firstly the tool contains very few questions - another method for helping students gain confidence. The assessment also mirrors their content an important part of repetitive learning that I endorse. There are NO TRICK questions - this tactic only discourages confidence and places doubt with the student.

My long career has taught me that there are critical aspects of my learning that aided in my successful completion of my operational duties. When I transitioned to training I brought all these critical aspects gained thru experience to this role.
