I am a 40-year Resource Industry professional, and I believe I have the answers to two of the most commonly asked questions:
To answer the first question — there are many career paths that lead into these highly sought-after roles, and not all of them require high-level qualifications. This also answers the second question.
However, I firmly believe that being trained in the legislative requirements these businesses operate under greatly increases every candidate’s chances of gaining entry and progressing through the industry.
